La Shawn makes a good point here, adding commentary to Pat Buchanan’s commentary.

We look at France’s self-inflicted disaster and shake our heads because we foresaw the pain they are experiencing. We warned them about their zealous desire to quench “over population” with a culture that turns it’s nose up at a pro-family ideal.

But what to do when half of your own citizens are dying out and the generation to follow isn’t there because they’ve all been aborted or were never conceived in the first place? The only way to survive economically is to allow a huge influx of immigrants to fill in those missing gaps.

The only way to keep the country alive is to invite invasion.

We shake our heads, but we ignore the invasion here in our own country.

We even encourage it.

What will we have to loose before we take notice? Texas?

It’s sad that I have to say this, but I do not wish to be misunderstood. I am not against immigration. Not Mexican or Canadian or any other.

I am against illegal immigration. And I do think that if you are going to live in our country, you should respect our laws and customs. Doesn’t mean you have to loose any of your culture- just respect ours.
