Do ya’ll know how many times PP has been to court and has refused court orders to turn over any documents concerning them, their case, or the way they do business?? I’m doing some research and I keep coming across all of these cases… look at them all! (I’ll probably be updating this as more stuff comes up. Sheesh, turn over one rock and thirty more cases spring to the surface)

Baby is found dead in dumpster, PP refuses to help investigators find the killer

Holly Patterson dies after PP clinic personel start her abortion rolling and then sends her home. Even after repeatedly calling them and complaining of pain and bleeding, they did nothing. No, wait, they told her to come in, they gave her pain-killers, then they sent her home again. She died as a result of their incompetence. At the trial (surprise, surprise) PP refused to hand over documents pertaining to Holly’s case or PP’s procedures for handling patients. (a bezillion articles about Holly- note- she’s not getting a single mention by the MSM)

A woman in the San Francisco area undergoes an abortion when she finds out she is carrying twins. Only one twin is aborted, the other losses an arm and a leg. PP refuses to do any tests for 6 months while the mother repeatedly comes in reporting symptoms. At last when a test is performed, the woman is sent away to have an abortion elsewhere. Says the article: “Since that day, Dolan said, his client has been haunted by visions of babies being killed, has contemplated suicide, and cries uncontrollably at the sight of young children — particularly twins.” The woman sues and Planned Parenthood refuses to turn over documents during the trial; which they lost, but are appealing.

Oh! And this is rich!! Going through more articles and I find one put out by Planned Parenthood. Seems they were pissed during the Roberts confirmation hearings because, get this, Bush was refusing to release documents related to Judge John Roberts’s time in the Office of the Solicitor General!
