Planned Parenthood, that arrogant bastion of Choice, the hands down leader and self perceived moral authority in the abortion industry, is also the leader in the averted eyes and zipped lips technique when it comes to reporting anything unsordid going on within their walls. Even when it involves protecting the very women who’s rights they claim to hold so dear.

Take, for example, these tape recordings made by a woman posing as a 13 year old girl. The “girl” calls in to 90 – that’s right NINETY – different Planned Parenthood clinics in California to inquire about getting an abortion. In each one she describes herself as 13 years old with a 22 year old boyfriend. In each and every case, the Planned Parenthood operator either completely ignores the fact that the girl is the victim of statutory rape, or they give the “girl” directions on how she can continue on with her relationship, obtain an abortion AND not get caught!

I kid you not. Planned Parenthood workers, caught on tape, enabling under aged girls and helping adult men get away with rape. (ahem… media? hello?)

But, Jewels- you say- the “girl” wasn’t even a girl! She was just pretending! Ah- I say- but the workers didn’t know that. If we were talking about one or two incidents, I would probably chalk this one up to a lack of judgement on the part of the clinic staff. But when ninety seperate clinics all have the same reaction to an underage girl and her 22 year old boyfriend, that clearly indicates a corporate policy that’s main motivation is making money off of women, not protecting them.

Take a good long listen to those tapes. If you don’t have time to listen to all ninety, I highly recommend you read through the transcripts. (each recording page has them) Might I suggest a few to start with?

  • CW (Clinic Worker) advises “Christine” on how to hide the abortion and her pregnancy from her parents.
  • CW coaches Christine about coming in and hiding her relationship with her boyfriend so that her boyfriend won’t get caught.
  • CW advises “Christine” not to tell anyone how old she is. “We are mandated reporters” (sic) So long as she doesn’t tell anyone how old she is, she won’t get caught.
  • “CLINIC: Well, we don’t need to know how old your boyfriend is first of all

    CALLER: Oh, okay.

    CLINIC: — because it sounds like we would have to report it.

    CALLER: What do you mean report it? Who would you have to report it to?

    CLINIC: Because he’s over 18 and you’re 14. So as long as you don’t tell us, everything’s fine. And we don’t need your parent’s consent, and we don’t need his consent either.” ~Tape 379
